Can someone help me out?

Can you measure the degree of tilt on the headlights? This can easily be done by putting a angle finder against your car. Putting the angle finder right above the horn grill will do the trick. This will only take a few seconds. I can send you my cheap HF angle finder if need be.

This not a problem with adjusting the headlights. From some angles my car looks bulbous. I want to correct this(if needed) before I get to paint.

I have built a custom car and I am not sure I have that angle correct.

on my vs body i get a degree reading of 27 , that is with the rockers being completly level , if you need other measurements let me know .
