Well, THAT worked out pretty well! In spite of C&C being superceded by the Mazda National Jamboree we decided to leave that event (how long can you look at Mazda's?) and cruise to a nearby greasy-spoon (chicken-fried steak/eggs/waffles).

Afterwards, we headed inland a few miles leaving the coastal fog for some sunshine and cruising through the back canyons of Orange County. Home by 10:30 to do whatever with the rest of the day.

Glad we had a chance to hang out guys!

Lane, I am still in South Florida. My dad is doing well, but I will be here for a month or more. It's nice and hot here, the surf is blown out and small, and my weekend cruise was to the grocery store in a Minivan for prune juice and kitty litter. The picture of me with my board that Jim posted is at my favorite surf spot in SoCal. The surf today there was 6ft. perfection,and yesterday I could have met those guys for the canyon run, and then gone to the best Woodie Wagon show on the planet right down the street from my house! Between the pics of the canyon run on here, Debbie sending me pics from the woodie show, and looking on the surf cam at the waves, I am in a Dissociative Fugue state!
