Car Inspection

Any recommendations on car inspection outfits? I am getting close to making a decision on purchasing a car from a pretty prominent SO site memmber who is halfway across the country from me. I can't travel to see the car and my confidence level is high that everything is as represented. However, I don't want to be disappointed. Feedback on companies, or sugestions. Thanks in advance for your input!

Locations help as I can name several in So. Calif including myself however not knowing where you want the inspection performed doesn't help.

I will not say who's car is for sale in this area. That said I did check it out for you today. What can I say? It is a fine looking, driving, nicely maintained two owner car. A few paint chips here and there and the car shows a little age but nothing unexpected and everything seemed to work. The car drives, shifts, handles and stops fine. Nice chrome and shiney polished aluminum overall. Good tires. Exhaust note is fine and not real loud but you know it is there. I think it is a great car reasonibly priced. I was told the selling price (don't ask I won't tell) and I think for what you are buying it is a VERY good value.
