Car wont start | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

My speedy died yesterday as I drove into the garage after running some errands. I have a kill switch, and when trying to start the car back up, it acts like the kill switch is still on, even though it isnt.

It turns over, but wont start. Any ideas?

Check the 12v wire going to your coil. They have a way of falling off the coil. Aside from that.. check all your electrical connections including the 12v wire. It should be hot when you turn on the ignition.

my coil wire from the distributor fell off the other day stranding me alongside the road till i figured it out. coil is usually on fan shroud or to the left of motor underneath the left rear tail lifht.

That Blue or Black thingy usually bolted onto the left side of the doghouse.
