SOCers the tubb should be running right by then (dropping it off at Larry J Garage)but I have toooooo work, I think I might make it over to Cars and Coffee early Saturday am. a whole bunch of old VW will be meeting there . Cabanaboy ~ tinkering ~

Sorry guys, can't make the CC run due to time constraints. Thinking about rolling down the hill to the Cars & Coffee meet in Irvine, 07:00am check out the cars and split around 08:00-08:30am.

Roberto nice ride however I will not be able to show up Saturday... just found out Dylan has car wash fundrasier that morning and he needs me to help out.. You guys wanna drive to La Serna High School in Whittier and let them wash your tubs! LOL...... Sorry Adrian, I was looking forward to seeing you again.. and that black beauty... Just got off the phone with Desi. Looks like Cars & Coffee this Saturday is the place to be if you're into Aircooled Rides. So with that said, since we aren't having much of a turnout for Carbon Canyon, I will be dropping by Cars & Coffee instead. Robert, maybe you can meet us there? Would love to see that nice Speedy in person!
Coincidentally, Desi and I talked about putting a BBQ thing together as well. I just moved to a new house very close the Chino Airport and soooooo --- maybe one of these days we can do the Carbon Canyon run to my place for a Tech afternoon and BBQ.
I'll post up something in the coming weeks. Until then, see y'all at Cars and Coffee on Saturday.

Beautiful Saturday morning in SoCal, great day to meet some other SOC friends. Hooked up with Desi (Cabanaboy), Adrian (Polynesianpop) and Robert (Bobsled) at Cars & Coffee and just hanging out with other gear-heads!

Cory I must say - Cars and Coffee is the BOMB DIGGITY!!! Stuff shows up there that you only see in magazines or at a BJ auction during the television prime time coverage. Un-freaking-believable...
