I've read so many times about cleaning the idle jets on Webers (and copies) and found this to be the same for me. I had problems every two months or so, I'd take the idle jets out, get my kit for cleaning them and replace. It'd be OK for a while. I occasionally lost one of the "O" rings but had a bunch of spares. On my last change, I noticed the jet a little hard to get out, not difficult but had some resistance. I felt around with the jet itself and found that the "O" ring I thought I'd lost had pushed into the jet bore (maybe a little oversized bore) Anyway, since I've removed the "O" ring that was inside the jet bore (and maybe covering the idle jet hole) I haven't had to clean the jets anymore. I've held off posting this, in case it happens again but it's been about four months now and the idle jets have been fine. Could this be the same problem for others ?
