Ed & Al, I just sent a PayPal of $40 to civer Al Blanchette’s attendance at the gala awards banquet. He’ll be sharing my room at the hotel and I guess I notify them on check in regarding Thursday’s BBQ. That and the weather is looking fantastic!

You'll wake up will holes drilled in your bed.....
That’s right, Al likes drilling doesn’t he. I’ll have to have a little talk with him about that. It’s not the bed I’m worried about😃
My thoughts exactly.
Rich, you're killing me with the weather predictions. If we don't speak it's name, it won't know we need it to be nice.
I mean, what I posted is the eather-way at the Amazon Rain Forrest and not Carlisle but it's for good mojo.
Wed69° /45° Mostly cloudy Hist. Avg.72°/51° | Thu71° /50° Sunshine and patchy clouds Hist. Avg.72°/51° | Fri69° /52° Sunshine Hist. Avg.73°/51° | Sat74° /54° Mostly sunny Hist. Avg.73°/52° |
Sun75° /53° Considerable clouds Hist. Avg.73°/52° |
so I am confused which weather report posted is accurate so I can pack correct clothes
Do like we do - Pack everything you have, just in case.
I think Alan’s forecast is for Charleston, SC. Jus’ sayin’...
Gerd, It could change but looks nice so far.
I wish it was. It’s already gettin’ hot here.
I am with Chris - Onay Alkingtay Boutay Eatherway, it might hear you!
Damn...that's an old one. You speak LeBop too, Jeni ?
This thread is too long, can someone tell me the agenda for Friday and Saturday? Thanks

So it's official- I'm coming to Carlisle again! I'll be riding with Wisco Wicky- he's picking me up at the airport in Chicago so I get to ride in in style again (last year with Mike M and his very cool new Golf and now this year in Rich's Porsche).
@Alan Merklin- Rich said he'd paypal you my Saturday dinner fee so it should be taken care of?
And organizers- Al Blanchette (Yoda) is from Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA
And my apologies for this all happening so late, but it is what it is...

Ah, I see you've taken care of all the details, Rich. Thank you! And just so you know, the drive will give me lots of time to 'inspect' the car. And don't worry, the drill is battery powered
Great news, Al. I'll bring some good Canadian beer...
@Tab Tanner in the past there has been a hose in the back of the hotel and I am hoping that will be the same with this Courtyard.
There is also a place to wash cars at the Carlisle show field.
24 Canadians equals 22.32558 Americans with the exchange rate.
It's worth it to have good beer...
Although, I do enjoy a Yuengling and/or a Rolling Rock when in the U.S.
Tab Tanner posted:Is there going to be a place to wash cars? At the hotel or somewhere close. I’ll be a big serial killer by the time I get there
Also, they have a bunch of hoses near the fairground entrance. Lenny and I have used these often over the years. There are plenty of buckets, sponges and soap available(from one of us folks).
Al, glad to hear you're coming, and with Wisco Wicky! Excellent news. I can't like this news enough. Godspeed lads!
Bring me some OV and some Bradours please!
My post should have said "bug serial killer" sorry I fat fingered the keyboard once again.

Adam's Waterless Wash is amazing stuff. I buy gallons of it. They have a ton of other great products for those who want quality products.
Sounds like you found your raffle table item, Chris......
I will make sure that there is a hose and bucket at the hotel
@Joe Fortino Will you be coming to Carlisle?
@Alan Merklin that is the plan. I have the room booked a showfield pass and a car that is running great. Now I just need to motivate myself for the 10 hour drive in the speedster. At worst I will be there in my Audi RS5, it's still an import
