Tab: The forecast actually looks darn good !

We'll see y'all Thursday morning....in the Roadster. Coming in from Williamsport, Pa of all places.

Chris, if they are 4.5" they are probably going to work, but if they are 5.5" they might not. One look and we can tell in the flesh. Just bring a tape measure to measure offset/backspacing.
Alan, are you willing to bring them with the off chance I can't use them/buy them?
As far as I can recall it has rained at every Carlisle I’ve been to. So rain is going to happen. Whether it’s a shower or two, or an outright deluge is what’s in play.
This year looks better than most.
Hey I used my roadster last year so this year I am also driving it down Hwy 81. Actually 417 to 416 to 37 to 81 South.

I'll throw them in the back of my truck
I've been to one or two where there was no rain at all, but a passing shower is the norm. Gonna be great. I'll be on etc road in less than an hour. See y'all there tomorrow afternoon.
See you Tomorrow evening!

If, by chance; you don't have the room; no worries. I appreciate the consideration either way.
See whoever is there tomorrow, tomorrow and those arriving on Thursday
C'mon, @Tab Tanner we can do this!
The deluge year was the year we went to the Harley Davidson factory in York, PA. We got off I-83 onto some smaller route into York and....it.....just....opened....up.
We've also had a few years when it was absolutely gorgeous and a couple of years when it was HOT!
So as Ron says, this year is pretty average and the forecast looks pretty good. If you don't bring a car cover and decide it might be handy, there is a Walmart Supercenter in Shippensburg just waiting to help out (for a lot less money than a California Car Cover). Pearl always liked her blue tarp.

I’m going. I’ll see you guys on Thursday afternoon 🤪
Made it to Tom Raymond’s place in northeast Tennessee. Another 6-7 hours tomorrow and I’ll be there. Keep the beer cold. 🍺
Looks like we wont meet this year Lane. Work calls
I knew it. Gerd, cock-tease extraordinaire......
Installed and wired new tow harness after finding out what I had decided to not work and had to drive to Tractor Supply for new harness wire. Went to leave and the Volvo decided to spit up coolant all over the parking lot so AAA came and brought us all home so now we're finished and off to Carlisle in the AM.
Rocky start but looking forward to the event.
^ Safe travels, Mike! See ya there.

NO THATS VINCE
Most everything is packed and I have enough extra stuff to almost make an extra car. Weather looks pretty solid so the Spyder is being driven up tomorrow. Leaving around noon and should be there around 3p.

Safe travels, Alan.
We are leaving tomorrow morning for afternoon arrival. After a long winter, and a wet Spring so far, a good drive is what the car needs.

Ok, I feel better. Gerd, I’m really sorry you “WON’T MAKE IT” this year. I was really looking forward to hearing all of you Vince stories.
Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow, should be on the road by 5am.
Parking lot is filling up

Wow.
You guys like lots of space between parked cars, huh?
At least Merklin’s Roadster finally has some company.
Have a great long weekend, everyone!
The car is loaded and I’m out of here in the morning. See everyone tomorrow afternoon
Getting ready to pull out this afternoon and my tow vehicle which had a new oil pump installed last week blew a line going to the trans cooler and dumped a gallon or so of trans fluid down the street and into my driveway. I am so blessed to have it happen in my driveway and not while on the interstate. The mech. had the line on the nipple but forgot to move the clamp into place. 4 hours later I am ready to head from Louisville to Florence Ky. to stay the night with my father then onto the hotel late tomorrow afternoon. See you all soon I hope.
Glad you caught it on time.
