Carlisle Scenic Travel Route From Lak Lure, NC

I'll be driving a route off the Interstates to Christiansburg. The scenic route will be Highway 221 through Marion, Linville, Boone, Sparta, West Jefferson, Galax, Floyd and then VA 615 to Pilot then Christiansburg. This is a very scenic way through a lot of tourist attractions. Lots of stops along the way to rest the knee. Beats messing with the 18 wheelers.

Anyone that wants to join me are welcome. I'll leave Lake Lure, NC early Wednesday morning around 0800/0900. This is around a 250 mile route.

So far, I have 4 possums, pickled ramps in transit along with a Tom Selleck flowerdy Hawaiian Shirt.
