CARLISLE Shirts and Poster Web Page Active

Alright friends, the Web page for ordering the 2012 Carlisle T-shirt/Sweatshirt is officially live. Sorry for the delay:

Here's a few details to remember. you must register with the site to order, you will be required to provide a credit card number but your account will not be billed until items ship in May.

Both the Carlisle gathering and the Pismo Beach gathering can take advantage of no shipping charges and have your order bulk shipped to your particular gathering. Just enter the promotional code identified on the main page of the site over on the right side.

There is also a link to ordering poster type reprints of the art if anyone is interested in doing so. They are two different vendors. Posters would be produced and shipped immediately, Shirts will not mail until just before the gathering in Carlisle. Home deliveries will not be guaranteed until at least May 21st.

You're coming to the show, right Nolan? All the ones ordered for delivery at the Carlisle event will be mailed to me before I head up to Pennsylvania. I'll have your shirt with me when I arrive.

Likewise, anybody who's going to Pismo will be able to get their shirts from El Guapo, who is doing the same thing for those guys. It's the ones and twos going to folks who aren't attending a major spring event who will not be assured of delivery until May 21.

Yup, Cory's got it right. Order your shirts and pick them up at your respective gathering and get the free shipping. Just remember to bring a copy of your order form for proof of purchase. Simple as that. But you can get your poster delivered right away, Nolan...it'll look good in your man cave! The shirts will be printed in mass immediately after the orders close on May 1st, that's why we can't promise a delivery to individual addresses until the May 21st date.

Troy, I got a response to your question. This is a ticklish question and a minor problem with the way this whole web page is being handled for our small event. I'll have to post a general note so everyone understands. Because of the scope of this project my vendor can't get the address line to "autofill" if you place the PA or CA code in.
My vendor is custom batching the orders as they come in. If someone places an order and uses the shipping code, it's going to that event.
You, Troy, are (don't take this wrong) one of the unusual ones. Living in CA and going to PA (which is really a good thing). Good catch. I'll try to post a clear warning to this affect. Thanks.

Thanks, Rich. Ordered two T shirts today!

We may need something similar for a midwest Speedie get together this summer. If you check the registry there are plenty of us in the midwest to pull together a pretty good sized gathering. I know it has been mentioned before, but we can do it if we try! We can bring towels to drool on while looking at Marty's new IM.
