Leon--Gettysburg is very close to Carlisle if that appeals to you.
Russ and I are going to check Gettysburg out Sunday morning in the way over to D.C. Spending the night there with my daughter and her family and my Alice and starting out towards Hot Springs Monday morning.
Oh---and planning din-din at the Washington Palm. The best there is.
