CARPET AND SEATS FOR CMC

CAN ANY BODY HELP ME WITH SOURCES FOR NEW CARPET AND SEATS FOR
MY SPEEDSTER BY CMC (BRIGHT RED) ?

Hi Dan I have just ordered a carpet kit from VS and it fitted really well. There were some cutting necessary and some dicifering of thier plans (some drawings were backwards) but it went in one afternoon. Looks great and the quality it good as well.

CMC was resurrected, after bancruptcy, as "Street Beasts" with the original molds, interiors, and so forth. You should be able to order directly from them and I understand that they're pretty quick about shipping.

as your car (911) but are missing 2 center caps should I try the
Porsche dealer or somebody else ?

Porsche Dealers are generally avoided by us - far too expensive for our tastes!

If you want new, you can go to Tweeks.com or Automotion or somebody who sells Porsche trim stuff.

If you don't mind used, you can find Porsche and VW swap meets in your area by googling or checking the web sites of clubs around you, or try asking in the classified section here. Any particular color?

Dan, I have CMC seats, foam cushions, tracks ect cheap. email me. I started to construct them in black but did not like the outcome. I will take the black carpet and covering off and make you a deal if you want. Just buy the coverying of your choice and finish the job. e-mail if interested.

Call Russ at Fiber steel he has some leather Beck speedster seats at a real good price.

cover (sport seat?) also in bright red. The body color is black
with red interior, black would be too much.

Hey Gordon, I found exactly what I was looking for(silver center
caps) at Tweeks. 23 bucks per cap. Also found some nice seats
(clubman by Corbeau) but not sure if they would fit. Thanks again
for the tip....
