Depends on a lot of things, I think.
The pedals are supposed to pass through a piece of wood, so there's bound to be some fitment stuff up front, and our tunnels tend to be a bit higher than the 356 originals. Your car looks like the tunnel is about the same as it 'should' be (as opposed to a VW tunnel) ... It might work.
But hey, if the price is right and you're not scared ... Can you e-mail the seller and ask for dimensions?
I'd probably just be getting the set for the carpet as I'm sure there will be fitment problems. My tunnel is made from fiberglass and lifts off. It was covered with red leather but that will be changed to black like the rest of the interior. I've had to put some extra glass in the shifter area as the 915 shifter is higher than the 901. Its then covered with a black leather boot.

Thing is I like the look of the German square weave carpet as opposed to the domestic loop carpet that's in there now.
i seriously doubt the carpet intended for a 356 would fit a replica. It *may* fit, but i can tell you it won't look right. I just installed my carpet and had it custom cut and bound and glued to the car, rather than fitting a carpet set already done in a car as best as possible.

I spend $200 on the actual carpet (oatmeal square weave) 12' wide roll by 10' long. The cutting and binding and install was $400. It looks very very very nice.

i just found my original estimates for carpets: i bought 96ft2 of the stuff (12' wide roll) and i had very little left over.

It was enough for the carpet, seat backs, and made extra floor mats.

7 yards of vinyl (54" wide) was barely enough too.

carpet (synthetic oatmeal squareweave): $1.90 / ft2
vinyl (high-performance syntheic leather - looks exactly like it): $58/yard

that like $600 just in materials (EEEK)
you should explore the synthetic route. i had planned and budgeted to go German (wool) carpet and real leather, but after hearing about the consequences of damp weather, spots, smell, cleaning, etc -- and after seeing the synthetic options out there - i happily chose synthetic.

My seats look just like real leather and the carpet looks just like german wool.

$100/yard is very pricy. my roll was 12 feet wide and i got 8 feet of it. that works out to ~$550 in materials you'll need to do your whole interior. just carpet.
