I miss you guys. Just barely putting my motor in. Little odds and ends that seem to hold the install to go smoothly. Soon she'll be rollin' with a non-turbo this time. Nitrous???? jk! Maybe I'll be able to make C&C.

when we go to morro bay is it the same weekend as the real porsche event that they held in paso last year?
ps reagan library cruise is around the corner
anyone ever think about entering us in the rose bowl parade on jan 1st

If you can ever manage to drag your a$$ out to SoCal we'll be sure to hook-up an SOC cruise (separate from the Mickey Donatello Honorary Cruise, of course) and end up at the local indoor Kart track. Then you can 'school' everyone on the finer points of kart racing!!
THAT would be an interesting race. I wonder if we could talk Terry or Eddie to come down and join the fun?!
Did I already mention that because of our temperate weather you could come most anytime of the year to do this cruise/kart race...I'm just saying!!

Trust me, I will find a reason to get out there. I'll have to plot and scheme, but I'll get it done some way. And it may be sooner than later. With the cold weather setting in (flurries today and a high of 40 deg) I slip into that catatonic state where I just walk arounf with 4 sweaters on mumbling to myself. Maybe my wife will MAKE me go just to get a fix of "Sunshine and Speedsters". We'll see?

I believe it's in Solvang this year, in May.

I'd love to come out and meet you guys. Its been a long time since I've been to C&C (maybe 6 months) so it will be good to go. Should be rolling in around 6:30-7am. See you all there!

Good too see the usual suspects at cars and coffee (Jim and Robert). Made me miss my speedy even more. we'll have to meet up again soon for any ol' reason. Hopefully, my cab 'ill be ready by then.

Me too. When we had dinner with Lane in SD my clutch cable loosened as Lane and I were pulling into Old Town Mexican Cafe in Old Town. Jim and Will were right behind me. I parked and enjoyed dinner then faced the music outside. I decided to double clutch home with Lane since I live just up the hill and switch cars. Since then I have gone on a vacation and work has been crazy demanding. Sorry I missed the Balboa park C&C but I got off work as the boys were heading home.
Last weekend I did not get to the clutch but today I adjusted the wing nut in 20 mins. These cars are so simple its amazing.
I am ready to cruise again!

Sorry I missed all the Gaupos here in OC... I had some fundrasing to do for boys HS that morning. I did drive the Speedie over there at 6:00am.. Kinda flet like C&C only with a bunch of folks running a 5K. LOL.. Got plenty of nice comments about it too.!
