I'm not holding my breath. The article in the local paper mentioned that they keyed in on certain shows and ours wasn't on the list. I was going to go to the premier at the Carlisle Theater last Thurs. but it snowed here. I don't know if they held it or not. The snow date was for tonite but we got more snow last night.

Thanks for the reminder, John.

It will be interesting to see what's in the video. Keep in mind Carlisle has two locations: the one in PA and one somewhere in the midwest (?). They also have no less than 10 events at the PA location during the year, some of which are huge and cover the entire grounds! Of these, the Import/Replicar event is one of the smaller events but, if nothing else, it will be interesting to see what they say and give everyone an idea of what they offer.
And that was actually more interesting then the rest of it. I gave up on old Barry....he is just too annoying for me? Do you think they will show up this year? Heck no! I think Carlisle must have paid them to come out? Is Barry a slut or what? You would think he wouldn't need the money, but then again I think its all about him being on TV. He kind of the Trump of the autoworld, just wants to be noticed and famous?
Interestingly, I considered getting Dennis Gage to come to Carlisle last year. After reading his site to see the advance information he wanted I gave up as quickly as people stopped watching Mr. Meguiar! I'm surprised Gage didn't include buying him a car to drive to the fairgrounds! Haven't looked this year, maybe this changed.

Don't know what to say about the Carlisle show. The did focus on the bigger shows they run - not many places can say they host the largest Corvette show. Their fall and spring swap meets are also huge. For my nickel, they should have had equal time coverage for each of the 11 annual events over the hour. And yes, Barry is getting too full of himself.
