Even though the new 'shed' is for the Outlaw, it'll need to share some space. It's plenty wide enough to spin sideways to create more room. Does or has anyone used casters and could recommend a good set?

Go-Jaks are the best ones by far, but they're pricey. I had a set of the Harbor Freight type. They'd probably be fine for a Speedster, but my Mach 1 squished them.
I have the grey HF ones. Were like $44 a pair and often on sale or 20% off. They work very well.
Michael - if you watch the Carlisle 2013 video (under 'Events' thread), you'll see Cory Drake reposition Hoopty in his garage! Its toward the end of the video! 
I've watched it twice ... So far. It's what gave me the idea. Great video by the way and we're looking forward to being a part of next year's festivities!

These cars don't weigh much. You'll be fine with these.
And I just saw what appear to be the same dollies under a different brand name for only $50 for a set of four:
I bought some of these a few years back... http://www.tireskate.com/ts12.php ... while they are plenty more expensive, they do roll real nicely, but I'm sure the cheapies work just fine for the lightweight Speedsters and Spyders.
