Had my VW mechanic install the CB Jet Doctors yesterday and went down to 155 main jets. Carbs are dialed in and the 2275cc is running great. Fun! Fun! Fun! Matter of fact, the guy who works on my car was so happy I think he wants more power in his Ghia Coupe now. Also installed a mini chrome extinguisher and billet frame for license plate with brake light from Summit Racing. It was right off the highway in Georgia when we were comming home from Florida. What a cool place.

Weber IDF Jet Doctor

Plugged Idle Jets can result from dirt, and other debris getting into the carburetor, and pooling up in the top of the carburetor cover. On this cover, there are two small holes that are used to take in extra air, in addition to the air that is sucked in through the velocity stacks. When excess debris gets through these holes, it ends up clogging the idle jets. The Weber Jet Doctor blocks these holes, and provides a 'snorkel' to breathe fresh air from about an inch and half above the top of the carburetor cover, thus eliminating the ability for the debris to seep into carburetor's idle jets. An O-Ring gasket also provides a tight seal, to make certain that no debris can get inside the idle jets, and ruin your day.

Why thank you. I met a guy this week thats selling a 1990 Carrera 2 with 68K on the Engine. Its and automatic red on tan. Let me know if anyone has interest he wanted 19k. Anyway, the guys was a 35 year Chevy mechanic and has a neon light business on the side. I was thinking on having a thin strip of red done hidden behind the dash for those dark summer nights. That would look totally cool. What do you think?
