Unless I am woefully uninformed, this item # 2433359806 on ebay is nuttin' special is it?

I bookmarked it 'cuz it was sort of cute and for maybe $15-20 it might look good in my car, but look at its current price and tell me there isn't a sucker born every minute?!?!

Of course this may be the only gear shift knob that can control the extreme rigors of those pixie-coated gold dust balls I read about elsewhere on the site today!

P.T. Barnum was exactly right. But, when it comes right down to it, in monetary terms, something is worth exactly what somebody is willing to ante up for it. In this case, sorry, I don't even like the color.

That is actually a rare shift knob from Dr. Porsche's own car. There were only two of them ever made. The first sold at auction in the UK for US$110,000.00! At less than $200.00 this one is a steal. I think you should bid on it.... I would, but I have the other one (not).

I emailed the seller during the auction and asked what he thought when the price was at like, $150 or whatever and he was stupified! We kidded back and forth about how it'd have been nice to have a dozen of these rascalzzz!

I emailed the top bidder this A.M. and asked very discreetly what he knew that I didn't about that knob...no reply thus far. I have a seasoned 356 registry grill badge he can have for a few hundred dollars...
