Heading in to the World Of Wheels in Boston tonight tomorrow (or tonight) to look at the rides and buy some little boot-leg Porsche emblems. There's a dealer who always shows up with small tie-tac sized cloisonne emblems. They're pretty much perfect, with the Porsche lettering and everything.

I'm thinking of trying to dremmel a little shield shapped pocket into an old-style Beetle shift knob, painting it up nice and ivory with a gloss coat and dropping the shield into the pocket.

Maybe . . . they're cheap enough, and if it works out well . . . COOL !

Plus, with Epping so close by, the Boston show always has a nice drag car and rat turn out.
