Ok guys & girls...

 Which is better to get and use to protect one of your most prized possession; my brand spanking new Porsche Speedster thats being built as we speak by thee master builder Alan Merklin ��

Putting a "clear bra cover"  or buying a "colgan bra cover" to protect the front end from chips and other things that may hurt my baby.

Or just wax the heck out of it and hope for the best.

I've had a clear film bra on Pearl since around 2004.  20,000 miles on all four since then and another 18,000 on a trailer and no chips, dings or anything.  That includes stones (small up to golfball size), a few sticks and one Kamikazi  bird.  The older versions tend to discolor very slightly darker over 15 years or so, but the newer ones are said to stay clear.  It looks like this (look close - it's on there!):
