cmc doors engine lid and trunk needed

I need the mentioned parts used if you have them, I found the parts new and will buy them from a nice fellow that posts here (Don), but I'm looking for some options for another flared cmc body that belongs to a friend. let me know what you have, thanks stevelangford@usa.net

If you are willing to sell just the hinges, I am interested. I have a CMC that is missing the trunk and engine cover hinges.

I still have an unused CMC bonnet (front hood) that is black gel coat -- and a set of trunk (engine lid) hinges. Parts are located in Wash DC Metro area. As you know the hood is quite large so it ends up being oversized for shipping (at least at UPS). Think I checked and shipping to TX was like $110 due to size. Not sure if GreyHound would be more flexible. If you are up for the Manassas VA BugOut #56 this weekend - you can swing by, pick it up and save shipping.

Nope not me with the vw van --- did have a red '72 one years ago. Any ideas on how to price the hood? VS says $5000 - claim they don't sell pieces because each is custom fitted (guess they just don't want to be bothered). The $5k is for the entire body. My CMC invoice from years ('90) ago says $400. Shipping and packing is the pain since its 48"x40" by maybe 8". Fortuantely it stores easily in the attic roof truss. I can get it to Robbinsville or Waretown NJ for $40.
