I am thinking about selling my Speedster. It has been seen by alot of you at the Knott's show last year and has been seen at a couple of other shows. I have too many projects and it is just sitting around not being driven. It has 200 miles on it since completion and I find that it is your typical Volkswagen. One day things work and the next they don't , no telling why. Sometimes it is a simple roll of the fuses and your good to go. Oil leaks appear for no reason. It is all fun though. I have 6 cars total and I would rather the car go to someone that is going to drive it and enjoy. Everyone thinks I am crazy for selling but right now I am in a mode where I just want to make room and remove some of the projects in my life, maybe mid-life crisis :)
Anyways let me know if you are interested and I will tell you everything truthfully about the car.
It has a 2165cc with a pro-treet tranny. It is a badass and is a blast to drive.Registered on a 69vw pan. Check out the pictures and let me know if you would like more.
The car was recently used in Herbie the Love Bug movie that they are making.
The car is located in Mira Loma, CA
I am asking $15000 (There is alot more invested but I think this is a very fair price)
