Oops - NOW $9k.
Hah! I saw that too.
What the heck people? Do you want to sell the car or not?

Something just hit me. I knew I had seen that car before.
Speedster flipping!
I'm talking to the guy - Sounds real honest.
He says he's having a hell of a time registering it in Ca.
Willing to take $7,500 it has some running issues: It needs everything to be nice but not a whole lot to just drive. It has the wrong coil on it and needs a carb. The coil gets really hot ( probably burnt out yesterday) and then the car dies. All in all it needs to be restored through out; tune up kit ( dist cap, points, plugs) to be driven normal
7500
Loren:
Is the registration issue why he is trying to dump it?
What is the stumbling block to getting it registered?
Yeah, that's the reason. Otherwise he'd figure out the coil issues, put on a new carb and clean 'er up.
He just doesn't understand how to get it registered in CA, and doesn't want to hassle with it and also is fearful that after he registers it he will need to smog it each year, ...
Does he have clear title? Is it a salvage job?
If somebody can figure out the snag and knows how to get past it, has the time to putz around getting it legal, that might be a deal at say $6500 to $7000?
What do you think?
Sorry, I didn't get that far. That's all I know.
Hummm... interesting.
Loren, what's your interest in the car? Are you a serious buyer on it or just inquiring about the 'quick turn' on it? I don't want to step on any toes here.
Feel free to shoot me a dialog.
Ted
Appreciate that. Up for grabs - I was curious about it and thought I'd pass on the information to you guys for whoever was interested.

Going back out of state.
