New to me, not assembled CMC missing a lot of parts. All I have other than a few lights and misc. parts are the body, lids and unassembled doors. Chassis needs work but subframe looks okay. Starting by looking for parts that are lost or never there.
Fiberglass headlight buckets. Were there parts for the tail lights as well?
Front body support
Any help with supplier info or Pictures and or Drawings would be very helpful.

Supporting members have access to the build manual in the resources section. Carey @chines1 could probably sell you the parts you need to build it. And if not Carey then Greg @VSpyder could sell you the parts needed to finish the build. Carey is in Indiana and Greg is in Southern California. There are also any number of online sellers or parts such as Vintage Speedster Parts, Stoddard, and Sierra Madre Collection to name a few. Lastly, most of the parts used are VW related so any of the seller of VW parts would also be a resource.
I would be come a supporting member then go into the CMC Build Manual where there is a fairly decent inventory of what is needed. Body and paint will be a larger number as well as the engine - trans combo choice followed by interior package , wheels and tires, top assembly and various badging and trim. I built a CMC that was in about the same condition as yours when I began. As Robert and Alan mentioned above, the build manual is available on this site and is required for assembly. Also, Carey with Beck was a big help with several of the parts I needed (gauge set, decklid grille, lights, louvered decklid, door pulls, etc.). Be prepared for a lot of fiberglass work, general fabrication and assembly. It will seem overwhelming at times, but hang in there because it is worth it when you finish!
You mentioned headlight buckets. Mine were already installed, however I would have considered using buckets for an early bug from CIP1.com. They would have to be bonded or somehow attached to the body and would provide a good way to attach the headlight assembly and gasket.
I fabricated a front body support using 2 x 2 x 1/4" aluminum angle and some bent steel brackets that attach to the top of the front beam.
Also, I bought a lot of the finishing pieces from Sierra Madre Collection.
It's a lot of fun and a very satisfying project when completed!

You already know about the build manuals up in the Resources section and they are well worth the price of becoming a "supporting member". Once you have a good idea of the parts missing (there are several parts lists in the manual) we can point you to where to buy them, what's good and what isn't.
Some of us (me included) have built more than one CMCand can help to save you a lt of time and effort as you proceed. They're decent kits, but there are some idiosyncrasies that we can help you get around, too. Just please don't expect this thing to go together over a few weekends - It's gonna take longer than that!
Just as a start, the front body mount is made from a few pieces of either 1-1/4" angle iron or a few lengths of 1" square tubing. Once you can see the manual you'll know what to look for in your part stash and maybe you have it already. If not, it's easy to fabricate.
The tear drop tail lights might be in one of the boxes of parts. There is no fiberglass bucket for the tail lights - they just stick through the body and get screwed down. The headlights are stock 1954 - 1964-ish VW sedan units (used on early VW sedans, buses and 356 Porsches.

The headlights are from a '46-66 VW Bug and are avail for $30 or so each.
You found a real basic kit - Mine was a deluxe (really) one with the doors already hung and front kick panels installed.

Very few people can say they've built an actual working car—let alone something as stunning as this will be.

Right on! Idiosyncrasies like the infamous rear end hang, right? ;-) They are solidly built and Pearl (is it a Speedster C or a Californian?) is the model that got me daydreaming about Speedsters back in the early '80's when they had their cars on display at certain airports. I made that dream come true twenty something years later and we're still here with the same car almost 17 years later, like many of our fellow forum members here. How's that for consistency?
