Finally....20 years later...ready to put windshield on body...sounds pretty scary..Anybody who has finished one of these kits should get a Nobel Prize!!! ??Does anybody have or know where I can get the windshield post rubber gaskets..Stoddard use to carry them but can't find them on any site.

Rusty Tubs had them at one time, might check there.
Forget those rubber gaskets.
MUCH better approach is to use a VW fender welting.
Look up my article on windshield installation with the comments fromAlan Merklin about using that fender welting under the lower trim piece as wrapping around the corner posts. MUCH better than using the rubber gaskets.
here's the article:

I just bought those windshield post seal (part # M71) http://im356-911.com/index.php?cPath=1_44_45_47 I think they are a little over priced on this item but they were cheaper on some other stuff I needed so it balanced out.
Ureeeka! Knew I can always count on some great advice from the good people at this site!!! Carlisle in 2017 ?????
Wrap VW rubber fender welting along the lower windshield frame edge and continue around the windshield posts looks great and keeps water out.
