Curious if anyone out there has designed built and is selling better hinges for the engine lid? the cmc ones are THIN, at least the ones on my car are.. anyone?

I have a few sets of 0riginal 356 hinges if anyone wants to go that route. Priced fair plus shipping.

What I have done is take the cast hinges to a machine shop and have them duplicated in stainless, if you are replacing hinges that were previously mounted on the deck lid... have the shop duplicate the exact mounting holes for an easiy and quick reinstallation ... cost was very reasonable .
My Speedster had the regular aluminum hinges that Intermecchanica equips their cars with. I just recently installed original Porsche hinges and they look bitchin. Try eBay as I got my pair for $20 + shipping.
