Coco floor mats

Does anybody know where to get speedster coco mats? will original ones fit our replicas? thanks in advance

nevermind, i just used the nice search feature and found my answer...

I ordered some coco mats from cocomats.com. They are running behind, but they told me they should be shipped in the next day or so. I will post some information if they fit well (they are for a Porsche 356), not sure how different they will be from what my Beck Speedster floorboards actually are.

Bob, if you have a VW pan based speedster or an IM.....they're NOT going to fit. The 356 has a different shape, I bought the 356 version off of e-bay, and they do NOT fit at all, not even close. Our speedsters are based on the Volkwagen dimensions. I ordered (from cocomats) the pattern for the 1963 volkswagen.....and they fit perfectly. So Unless you actually have a real 356 made in Germany by Ferdinand,,,,,I would suggest that you call them back and change your order. Also I ordered mine in April, and it took 6 weeks before they finally arrived, and that was after repeated pleadings.,

Gary, in the FWIW department, the Porsche 356 Coco mats would fit in a SAW Speedster or Cabriolet since they use a 356 floorpan. So, that being said, both Ferdinand of Germany and Steve of the USA products do not require the use of a VW mat.

If you order from the CoComat.com dude, that has the cool website, email or call him and tell him which manufacturer built your replica and he has the pattern. Original 356s have a different interior floorplan.
Mine fit no problem.

Bought mine from cocmats.com. I specified Vintage Speedster on the web order form. Perfect fit. Heel pad was a little too far back but the fiber is so strong it doesn't seem to matter.

I bought a set of coco mats with my car from Vintage. They fit perfect, but the heal pad was too far to the rear. After driving the car 15000 miles the mat started to wear where the heal pad should be. When I called Coco Mats, they asked me where I wanted the pad placed, I told them and 2 or 3 weeks later the new pad arrived with the heel pad in the right place. Eddie

My problem is that I don't know what a Beck floor pan shape is, neither does cocomats.com.

I don't think it the same as a VW pan, hopefully it is close to a 356 pan.

I ordered them 6 weeks ago and I think they have just shipped them. Too late for a change.
