Coil wires? | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

Actually - it was a plea.
Can anyone tell me which color wires go on the positive post of the coil in a '00 VS?
The diagrams I've downloaded here, aren't clear enough/exact enough for my childlike abilities...

Dennis, I don't know the color but I do know an easy way to tell.

Take a test light. ground it to the engine then turn on your key.

Touch the other end of the test light to each wire. The wire that makes the test light illuminate is the 12 volt wire and goes to the positive side of the coil

Larry - thanks. I found the wire...it's on the positive terminal. Still can't get as much as a cough, out of the engine. The last guy who touched this engine, was Pat Downs...so I'm absolutely figuring I've got a wrong wire somewheres.
