Anyone familiar with this color blue? Name, color code or years it was used on coupes? Still trying to decide on the color I will use for my roller coupe Greg is preparing for me. Will be posting a thread as soon as it arrives. Appreciate any help on identifying this color!

Photos and light make it difficult to know what the actual color is I recommend you cruise a few new car dealers on a Sunday and pick an actual new car color and the window sticker will have the paint name too
U can search Porsche paint codes for any year..google
That’s aquamarine metallic, but I don’t know the color code. It’s a period correct color for the 356A.

Paint Code #5607
This should be put in the resources or library folder or wherever it would fit best:
@Lane Anderson: Michelle and I saw an FJ Cruiser in Voodoo Blue today, and we both liked it. Still a possibility?
That is the color I am painting my Spyder. Very close match to 1955 French Blue. Also almost indistinguishable from Rustoleum Sail Blue.
@AllnuttS - as usual, @Robert M is right about the color! Be careful when you communicate the color, as Aquamarine metallic is a 1956 color -- and is DIFFERENT from Aquamarine, which is a non-metallic color from 1957 (which is darker and almost more sea-blue green).
My buddy John sells paint samples; he has collected these from original paint cars and lots of research.

I swear I replied to this but I don’t see it. Anyway, voodoo blue is a cool color but perhaps a bit bright for me. It’s on the list, though.
Good, paves the way for me if I get a Super Coupe......

I can definitely see a bright blue (yellow or even orange) on a small car --- simply for road safety. Grey, Black, dark blue and silver tend to blend in with the road and are hard for us old folks to see clearly.
Check out Dodge B5 blue. Most manufacturers have a similar color.
