Since the subject was bought up by Mike Z, I will just add a little to this
thread and see what happens!!!!! I have a virgin wide body replica speedster
that has been sitting around toooooo long and needs a home. I don't want to get
into the pros and the cons, just want to offer this out to the list before it
goes to Ebay. This is a complete kit!! It has not been rifled through for any
parts (in all honesty there are no parts of significant rarity worth
hyjacking), but it is complete. NO attempt to build this kit car has ever been
made, simply stored for too many years!! I have the original bill, send list
and the VHS on how to build it. The color is signal red and it had a lacquer
paint job put on at request of original owner (i quess for an original look).
Is there anybody interested in a project like this???? I restore a lot of pre
'66 VW's and have lots of parts, but really just want to move the kit. Car is
located in NY (this is one car from NY you don't have to worry
about rust) and is available for inspection. I will not break up the kit and
would prefer this to be picked up verses getting involved with shipping. I will
entertain any plans on how to assist in delivery of this kit. If you have
