Complete Speedster Carpet Set For Sale

Well since we do not have a buyer and seller feed back area and I'm not one to keep my mouth shut when it comes to someone trying to pull a fast one here it goes.

 

I bought this carpet kit. Once I got it and pulled it out of the box I found it was house carpetting that had been very poorly cut and bound. There is no way this stuff will conform around the bends of a auto. Plus edges that should have been straight were more wavey then the ocean. So I contacted "pom" or is it Ray Rodriguez to return it. Jane, thats right "Jane" responded that is was ok to return it (see copies of emails below). Now I'm having to fight them to get a refund through paypal. So Ray Rodriguez, Jane, Pom, or Ray67beetle@gmail.com I hope no one else does business with you and or you quit trying to rip people off.....

we cut the carpet from the original carpet that was in the car used the pieces for a template.  I cost $34- for me to send it to you.

I bought a top frame for a speedster on ebay which didn't work out and to get a refund I had to return it I believe that's the policy everywhere return item for refund which I stated that would be fine even though the carpet was what I said it was cut from original cmc carpet and professionally bound. again not sure why you're angry when I said you may return it.

I charged him $12- to ship it not knowing where he was located and it costs $34- to ship it so I got $58-  net for the carpet that cost me $142- including binding fee

Sorry I only read the first post not the one that said it was not automotive grade carpet and you could not tell in the photos how bad the cuts were..... Also by the way Ray, it was only $29.44 for shipping. And if you want to look like a good guy simply refund the money and quit fighting thru paypal and saying "I did not offer a refund and therefore none will be granted" . I think that is close but I could cut and paste the statements from there...... Would you like that????

Look like a good guy or girl or transsexual and simply issue a full refund of $92.00 thru pay pal and put this behind you. I'll suck up the $29.00 it cost to send it back and well go our separate ways. SIMPLE

since you are dissatisfied and do want the carpet you may simply return it for a refund  clear and simply exactly as stated on august 28 when you contacted me saying you did not want it.  SEND IT BACK. NOT SURE HOW ELSE TO PUT IT

  • 9/12/2012 17:05 PDT - Seller: I feel the need to respond again as stated the carpet was brand new as indicated to buyer ,never used made specifically for speedster model 356. no refund shall be granted as there was no refund promised discussed or implied.
  • 9/12/2012 11:32 PDT - Seller: the carpet was in fact exactly as described and shipped in a timely matter no refund was stated to be given and none shall.
