Again I tried to research before taking anyone's time out here. I was looking for some 7" 5x205 rims for my Fiberfab California and found a Porsche pair locally. Some people say they are the same bolt pattern as the pre-67 VW and some say no.
I'm sure someone out here has dealt with this. Thanks in advance.

Early VW's and early Porsche's with the "wide 5" pattern were 5 on 205mm Late VW's with 4 lugs were 4 on 100mm and late Porsche's with 5 lugs were 5 on 130mm

So this wheel is a 205mm? It is a wide 5, the spare on my Speedster.
I don't know, I can't see the bolt pattern but, if it's a 'wide' 5 then it's a 205
BobG - The 205mm measurement is for the bolt spacing, just in case that was your question. All wide-5s, regardless of width, have a 205mm bolt spacing.

Larry- The aircooled cars from '68 on were 4 on 130mm, the same diameter as Porsche. When you drill a 4 bolt beetle drum or Karmann Ghia disc for the Porsche bolt pattern you keep one hole.
