I purchased mirrors from Dario early last summer and it took him quite a while to get the pieces to me. He seemed really busy with "other things" and not too interested in getting my parts out (He DID finally deliver though). It also seems that I read somewhere that he was "retiring," (Spyderclub.com maybe?)

I've dealt with some "Dario's" in the UK !!! Perfectionists, and "it's ready when it's ready"! Usually worth the wait though.
I am about to go to Germany to check out the new Classic Roadsters 550A Spyder, I want to get as many authentic looking parts as possible lined up - only intend to do this once!. I've approached several specialists in the UK and Europe and response has been encouraging, but no sense in re-inventing the wheel if these parts are readilly [ 'ish ] available.Anyone interested in an interchange of parts / ideas?
I came across a company in the UK some time back selling Spyder and 356 related advertising posters [ repro ], also 1/93rd. scale pewter / resin models - including 356 and 550!! Their website is "currently closed for maintainance" but you can view the merchandise on the front page - www.auto-culture.com. I've got a selection of models and posters - have to say I hope they come back soon!
