Judging from the window cranks, I'd guess it was manual Windows.

Intermeccanica uses faux wind up window handles for electric windows. Not sure this long ago.
Yes I believe Marty had the handles that were switched on his but They were an option
Correct, its not a standard option:

They look period correct for sure, I chose to have the hidden switches under the dash it eliminate the handles, choices, choices.
It depends how period correct you are trying to make it. The wheel Marty chose in the end was a jewel of a piece for sure.
