Convertible D top

I am currently working an IM roadster.. it needs a new top, does any one know if a Porsche convertible D top will fit the IM frame?? I have come across a few online that are priced pretty good but they say that they will not fit an IM.. Seems odd to me that Henry and the boys would re-invent the wheel in making a different frame over a standard D.

Alternately do any of you have a pattern for the top, I wouldn't mind making one myself if I have the dimensions.

Are you asking about replacing the canvas or the whole top complete? If just the canvas Henry uses Autos International to build the tops. They are very close original but NOT the same.
