Converting 4 bolt disc to a 5 bolt disc rotor

I am considering on converting my 4 bolt disc system to a 5 bolt disc. I am running a stock vw disc system in the front and a EMPI sysyem in the rear. Are there 5 bolt rotors that will bolt up to my systems?

There is a wide variety of brake manufacturers & vendors that sell the product(s) you're looking for. The cheapest & easiest method would be to simply install adapters. But of course this method will increase your trac by the thickness of your adapters.
