Fall is coming and I know all of you have plans to go EFI over the winter (haha). Seriously, if you are considering it, the new Dropbear V2 Speeduino ECU sounds like the way to go. Why? The packaging, connectors, connectivity (wifi, bluetooth, USB-C), features, and speed are hard to beat for $420.

It would have saved me lots of time if it had been out a few years ago. I've passed on the resident mantle of ECU geekery to Danny P, (and Stan, although he'll plead that he's just a poor, simple pipe fitter).

EFI and electronic ignition via an ECU aren't everyone's cup of tea, but if you're considering it, take a look at the Dropbear V2.

Nice, finally a way to run a V8 full sequential without having to modify an existing board in the proto area!

If I installed a cam sensor, I could run full sequential ignition and injection with the UA4C board I have on my 4 cylinder.

My ECU only cost $200 all up including both USB and Bluetooth. In the general scheme of things, $420 for an ECU is still DIRT cheap!
