This product was discussed in a separate thread last June. Since it has no rating by any accepted organization, my recollection of the general consensus was to avoid.
That is pretty cool!
Similar concept to a restaurant Haylon or FM200 system ... not sure you'd want it in your engine compartment though. The heat would probably set if off even without the flames. I've had it happen once or twice ... uh ... in a kitchen, not a car. 
Why cheap out on fire safety? My 5 lb. Halon system was $325 back in the mid 2000s in a group buy on Spyderclub. Today they are closer to $400 or so.
I have three nozzles, one at each carb and one at the gas heater. Remote cable-operated system. No need to search for the extinguisher, or open the bonnet and let air in. Just pull over, stop, pull handle, get out. Fire out, no damage to carbs and wires etc....hope I never have to use it, but if I do......I'm prepared.
