I haven't seen this car before. Not a whole lot to go on in the pictures. Every now and then one pops up out of the wood works around here that's a REALLY good deal. This (if it's a decent runner, good interior etc) is probably a good deal. Not a REALLY good deal - LOL!

A real nice driver quality targa 3.0 (I think it was an 81 or 82) left a car lot for $8,000 a few months ago. I dang near picked that one up. I could have put it under the sawzall for that price.

Regarding this car though, if anyone is interested, I'd be glad to take a look at it for you. The 3.2 is fine at 180K if the valves/guides have been done. There's only two decent Porsche shops in town so it would not be too hard to track down receipts if the owner does not have them (but maybe he does). Big deal breaker on this is the G50. It has to be very good or it is VERY expesive to repair (much more $$$ than the earlier 915). This car is one that will hold value and if the so-called experts are correct, it is this 3.2 with the G50 that offers the best future collector value. Of course, we should buy cars for here and now and not later.

Besides. For all we know he'll take 12 ;-).
