Putting electric gas pump in CMC for big type 4 and a few kit guys around here recommend installing a Crash Relay or Inertia Safety cut off switch system for a fiberglass kit car. Makes good sense .. especially with the crazy drivers in San Diego....but cannot find any feedback on this site with any searches...Always like to check with the pros here before doing anything different/special on CMC.

I use these Ford Intertia switches 1L2T-9341-AC 1L2T-9342-AC... Used for $9.00 to New $35.00.
Can always count on Alan for info...are there any others out there that use them...or this is just a no brainer to put in a fiberglass kit car?
Here's another way of doing it with a three prong oil pressure switch and relay, I've never done this looks like too much work :~) https://www.motortrend.com/how...ic-fuel-pump-wiring/

Alan's got it right.
I personally think it's a no-brainer too. But nobody does them.
I have Speeduino EFI, and it turns off the fuel pump a few seconds after the engine stops running.
@Alan Merklin What's the difference between those two switches?
It would seem that the 9341 is the preferred, but I don't know the difference.

Both are the same ...
I use this on my car:
Gary, CSP in Germany make a fuel safety shut-off relay kit which has just come back in stock for the first time in a couple of years. Not the cheapest method but looks to be a simple fitment.

CIP in the States also sells the CSP kit, but currently out of stock. I've only just placed my order so can't comment on the quality, but it's CSP, so bound to be amazing!
