I'm not a fan of the diamond quilt look, especially in a speedster.  For me that look belongs in a deuce coupe, or some other hot rod.

Just one guys thought.

I get it as I've been on and off the fence with the pattern. Always looked good in hotrods though.

Deuce coupe.  Yeah.

I like in the Spyder too.

Me too-that looks very nice.

I think it can look correct on a speedster,  if it's done properly. I'm going to have to wait and see a few more Speedsters with it done before I can fully commit to an answer.

If only we had a photo of a Black Speedster with the Diamond Double Stitch pattern on the seats...
