Custom wheel for Nardi hub

If I recall correctly, it is an original that he restored with new wood, and what most folks refer to as engine-turning. It retains enough patina to look perfect in an original-looking car. It's really nice looking and will fit any Speedster with a Nardi hub. Wheels like it were originally used on Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

I'm sure he can make you another one if he can find a G. Guinta in need of restoration. He might be able to get a blank made to match it and make a replica. Contact him. His prices are surprisingly reasonable.

Thought I would stop by and see what's up. Haven't been to this Speedster site in quite awhile. And look !!! Lane is posting about me :-) Well, Mickey, you did miss a really neat old wheel. It was lumbering along on ebay when someone saw it on my website (where most of my wheels are sold) and made an offer. He really, really, really wanted it for his Maserati. Uh, that is, one of his Maseratis. In this economy you've got to feel bad for these guys with so many expensive cars to maintain ;-)

So, Mickey, want one? It sold for $1500, but you'll get a discount on the next one. And please, don't rain on my parade by telling me you would have offered $2000. ;-)

Oh yea, that sounds reasonable.

Prices for our cars are in a significantly lower range, and are competitive with Nardis and others. Mike is considering making replicas of that wheel, and might even offer a "first adopter discount".

Sell me your old wheel at a cheap price. I've just finished up an adapter that I can use with it . . . I'm dying to drill out the rim for rivets anyway. May as well do it for myself!

Easy there now TC, I'm not going anywhere yet. Plus Mike would have to build me a wheel to match up to the sweet new adapter I'm getting from this guy I know up north cuz I ain't goin through the adapter fiasco again.
