I was hoping someone could give me some guidance.  I purchased the DD Odyssey Series 2 CHT and Oil temperature gauges.  I don't think they are reading correctly.  I put the temp ring on #3 cylinder and the oil senors on the Type 3 block-off plate.  I double checked the setup to make sure they were both reading in F  degrees.  After driving the care for 15 minutes getting it nice and warmed up with spirited driving, both temps seem low.  The CHT never gets close to 200 F and oil stays around 150 to 165.  I did quick temp measure with a candy thermometer in the dip stick and read 199.    At the gauge end I have both gauges sharing a power and ground line, if that matters.  I am not running any external cooler and do not have the extended sump but do have an external filter.  Any thoughts?

You have the wrong sensor for your oil temp. The CHT gauge has not been set up correctly. It looks as if your CHT gauge is reading C not F......All this is in the install and calibrate instructions that came with the gauges.. Short cut...Call Dakota.  You installed the oil temp sender in the absolute best place. There are nearly 6 places to choose. You chose the best one.......Call Dakota..............Bruce
