Tom, that's a VDO gauge, the same one Sierra Madre Collection sells. I'll most likely purchase it from them as I have a credit there.

David, that's a cool console on your Speedster, reminiscent of the optional 914 consoles, only with less gauges (and yours is better looking!).

The Clock and console are 911 vintage.  The console had the multi cassette holder in it so removed it and replaced it with the stainless plate to surround the clock.

Here's are shots of my previous Speedster's dash clock.

I really did like having the clock there, as it's so easy just to glance over to see the time, rather than having to check a wristwatch.  However, I decided to go without one in my current build, and I do miss it.

I guess so.  It's the same as Ray's up above.

But I did find it very useful, and it matched the other gauges nicely.

I miss having one in Bridget. But the correct place for the clock on an MG TD is inside the tachometer, an inch or so below the center of the dial. And about three of the originals still work...
