Older IM late 70's were VW Pan cars.
It could very well be an early IM or CMC. The rear decklid hinges would be a tell tale giveaway. That said, not all IMs have the embossed hinges.
Nice car. Priced optimistically for the seller.
Top $ for one that needs $25 worth of easily replaced parts.
- Multiple lights & bulbs are inoperative
- Loose wires under the dash
- Fan belt needs replacement
- Rear drive axle boot is ripped
Or is that just tip of iceberg?
Well... they will fix those if you pay the asking price. 
Seems like it could be a solid car. I'd need to learn more about the 1875 (?) and the trans / brakes.
15,000 seems like about where I'd tap out. Nice looking car though.

This Pa. Dealer called me a few weeks back as I had Project 41 on eBay he claimed he could "do the ad right under consignment" and get me close to $40k I laughed at his BS and hung up. ( This is the place that can't fix light bulbs before advertising )

I love it when advertisers just throw out random numbers as an engine size. Kind've like the random year designations ('55, '59, etc.) they give them.
What would it be? 1776 or 1835, right? Maybe there's documentation.
