To be honest (and short, as I don't have a lot of typing time), you probably won't find a lot of deep-dish 16" wheels out there that have the 2" - 4" of offset you'll need for a flared CMC/VS
What you might consider is to use either some 1" - 1/5" spacers or adapters (I don't know what the bolt pattern is of your hubs/drums versus available wheels) and then go with some appropriately dished Porsche (130mm) or Chevy (4.5") rims that would look nice on your car. That way, you'll only need 1" - 2" of dish (pretty common), the hub bearing won't be overly stressed by the offset of the adapters, and 1" - 2" offset Porsche or Chevy bolt-pattern wheels are available just about anywhere.
