Devins rock anyway but that is fabulous. And it definitively answers the question, "why would I want a horizontal fan?" 

I love the stance of that car. There is no substitute for a nice wide set of rims/tires and a low stance.

The front end of that thing looks like the Geico lizard. What a cool car if you could modify it to the point of looking like the Devin in the article above.

That's probably the nicest Devin in existence right now. The owner should stop racing it before it gets wrecked.
