I was never happy with the way the single exhaust tip from The A-1 exhaust system hung so low and angled down so I made a slight body modification for it yesterday...I think it looks way better this way...and that's what counts...lol
Took some figuring out on just the size needed with out going to large or small. I found a Bronco beer glass mouth was the perfect diameter...lol made a cardboard pattern and traced between the lines I'd made up onto the body of the tip width...then used a jigsaw with a fine tooth fiberglass/plastic blade to remove the at piece of the body. For the gasket it is a small piece of FI fuel line I had, split down the middle and sealed in place with hi-temp black silicone adhesive/sealant. Let it dry over night,it is on there very tight so I do not think it will come off easily, and just re-installed the tip this morning.
