Yep! That be Butch! The fellow that bought my car used, I assume this outfit, to do the works. They sent an appraiser before we inked the deal. The appraiser went over the car, inside and out and snapped a ton of pictures which he sent that day to the prospective buyer.

I offered to let him drive Butch with the proviso that he didn't do a downshift 3rd to 2nd at 70 MPH like another moron did (costing me an axle-thingie). He instead allowed me to take him for a ride. His comment was something about a motorcycle he owns and how Butch had that similar raw excitement...

Anyhow, the company-man approved the sales price and the intermediary picked up the car and along with shipping came the compliance work needed once Butch hopped the pond. I see the exhaust has again been modified and someone decided to put Butch's push bars on the back end. He was running sans bumpers when he left the west coast.

I hope the folks in GB didn't have to de-tune him much. That was a beast for its time and it looks like he was keeping fast company on that website, lol!

I look forward to 'Butch, the Sequel' someday.
You guys keep driving them like you stole 'em. Watch for updates on Eddie Jannis' car...I think he may still frequent this sight. For as rough and tumble a 'Vintage' Butch was, Eddie's 'Vintage' is low, fast and now an even smooooooother black!

Write your congressional reps and remind them that we aren't fooled by their antics with economic recovery yet. Investors R US
