Hello Paul,

Thanks...
My plans: I will install original 356 Porsche Instruments in the dashboard. Engine overhaul plus new Weber IDF 40 Carburators.
Or original 356 Engine plus IDF 40.
From VW Brake Drums to Porsche 356 Aluminum Brake Drums.
New Seats and Seatbelts.
A webasto air heater for the german winter, we have also nice winter days here in Bavaria, but they are can be cold.
New interior and new outside paintjob.

Best wishes from Udo and Speedy...
From what I can see that looks to be the sebring kit speedster that used to be sold my Kit Car Centre/ VENOM and now REPLICARS. As far as I know there was only ever one company in South Africa to sell the 356. A few companies sold turnkey cars, but only ever KKC made the shells.

The set-up and lines look to be almost the same as mine, sans the flairs.

I just saw your other pictures now, I'm staking everything by saying that this is a KKC sebring kit. The dash layout, the smaller dash pad all point to this. A sure way to tell would be to lift up the rear carpet where they did the cut as they never stepped this joint.

Also do you have a small lockable area behind the seat, if so take pictures of that and then I can tell you for sure.
